Igor Motsnyi successfully represented Complainant, a global Fintech company that serves over 7 million customers and operates in more than 150 countries, in UDRP proceeding.
The complaint was filed with one of the UDRP providers, Czech Arbitration Court (CAC) and CAC issued its decision on November 05, 2022.
The complaint was filed in respect of five (5) domain names that represent cases of typosquatting of Complainant’s trademarks.
