Our partners, Andrey Vasin and Igor Motsnyi, successfully represented an entrepreneur from Croatia, owner of a cosmetics business, in the Russian Intellectual Property Court in a trademark dispute against a US giant.

The IP Court of Russia recognized that the trademark of a US company was not used in Russia for a period of 3 years and cancelled trademark protection.
