As we slowly enter 2026, we would like to take a brief look back at 2025 and our activities

March – Second international IP Conference „Protection of IP in digital environment“ Belgrade where both Jelena Milovanovic and Igor Mocni were involved. Our firm was one of the co-organizers and partners of this event.
April – WIPO UDRP conference – celebrating 25 years of UDRP in Geneva attended by our partner and founder Igor Mocni
May – Conference organized by the Intellectual Property Office of Serbia, the European Patent Office (EPO) and the Institute for Artificial Intelligence of Serbia where Igor Mocni was one of the speakers
June – ECTA in Berlin and ICANN Policy forum in Prague. Jelena Milovanovic attended the annual ECTA and took part in discussions and meetings.
October – Domain Days Dubai attended by Igor Mocni
November – Domain Summit Asia and HKIAC Domain Names Breakfast – Roundtable, Hong Kong – Igor Mocni was a speaker at both events. The Domain Summit Asia was the very first Domain Summit event on the Asian continent.
December – ADNDRC Annual Workshop – Igor Mocni spoke and introduced “UDRP Perspectives on Recent Jurisprudence”

We continued supporting our clients in various IP and trademark matters, including successful protection of trademarks in Asia, Africa, Europe, South America and North America.

We successfully represented our clients, both Complainants and Respondents, in numerous domain name disputes, including the UDRP and assisted clients in brand protection matters across the globe both online and offline.
