Our partner, Igor Motsnyi, took part in the international conference organized by WIPO. The conference was held in Geneva on April 23, 2025.

The conference’s main topics were a retrospective of the UDRP and domain disputes, past and present statistics, discussion of recent jurisprudential trends and WIPO Overview 3.1, proposals by WIPO-ICA UDRP Review Report, Web3 domains, WIPO e-filing system, ccTLDs, new gTLDs and the future of DNS enforcement.
