Our partner, Igor Motsnyi participated at the WIPO international conference held in Geneva on April 23, 2025.

The conference’s main topics were a retrospective on the UDRP and looking at its history, past and present statistics, discussing jurisprudential trends and WIPO Overview 3.1, looking ahead to the planned review of the UDRP and discussing proposals by WIPO-ICA UDRP Review, Web3 domains, WIPO e-filing system, ccTLDs, new gTLDs and discussing the future of DNS enforcement.
