Our partner and founder Igor Motsnyi successfully represented both Complainant and Respondent in recent domain name disputes before WIPO.

First, he successfully represented Complainant, a UK tech company, in a .AE (United Arab Emirates) dispute before WIPO.

Igor also successfully defended Respondent, a Dutch start-up founder, in a .IO dispute over .
Not only was the complaint denied by the WIPO 3-member Panel, the Panel also found Reverse Domain Name Hijacking (RDNH).
